Scope of Work
                    Pylons’ Administration as a Service offering includes the following Administrative
                        tasks. Additional
services may be included on a case-by-case basis depending on
                        the needs of the organization.
                    
                        - Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure the
                            appropriate level of
access & security. 
                        - Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating
                            custom fields,
objects, & workflows. 
                        - Create & manage reports & dashboards to provide insights into sales
                            & business performance.
 
                        - Manage data quality & ensure data integrity through data validation rules,
                            duplicate management,
& data cleansing. 
                        - Collaborate with business stakeholders & end-users to identify and
                            prioritize requirements for
new features & functionality. 
                        - Manage integrations with other systems, such as marketing automation tools &
                            financial
systems. 
                        - Maintain system documentation and ensure that processes are well-documented
                            &
communicated to stakeholders. 
                        - Provide periodic training & support to users to ensure that they are able to
                            effectively use
Salesforce to perform their roles. 
                        - Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce releases & features, & evaluate
                            their potential impact on the
organization. 
                        - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR & CCPA.
